Abstract: 

سازمان بین المللی استاندارد از زمان تاسیس خود در سال 1942، استانداردهای بین المللی متعددی را با همکار ی متخصصان و کارشناسان برجسته جهان و همچنین کارشناسان موسسه های استاندارد کشورهای عضو این سازمان، تدوین و منتشر نموده است. هر کدام از استانداردهای انتشار یافته حیطه خاصی از عملیات و فعالیتها را پوشش داده و بر روی آن متمرکز می شود. مانند استانداردهای سیستم کیفیت، ایمنی و بهداشت حرفه ای و مدیریت محیط زیست. با وجود تشابه فراوان بین این سیستم ها، ادغام نیازمندیهای این سه سیستم بدون پیچیدگی به نظر می رسد؛ ولی این امر در عمل به سادگی میسر نیست. چرا که بایستی ابتدا برای هر سازمان فایده ها، مشکلات و مسایل حاشیه ای جهت ادغام در نظر گرفته شود. علاوه بر این، در نظر داشتن وجوه اشتراک و تفاو تها بین سیستم های مورد نظر نیز ضروری است. با این حال اگر نیازمندیهای سیستم مدیریتی مورد نظر به درستی در سازمان طرح ریزی و اجرا شده باشد و کارکنان سازمان نیز آگاهی و تعهد لازم را در ارتباط با نیازمندیهای آن داشته باشند، ادغام سیستم های مدیریتی به راحتی و بدون ایجاد اختلال در روند جاری فعالیتهای سازمان امکان پذیر خواهد بود. در این مقاله پس از بحث و توضیح پیرامون استانداردهای کیفیت، مدیریت محیط زیست و ایمنی و بهداشت حرفه ای، روشهای ادغام این سه سیستم و فواید ناشی از این ادغام عنوان خواهد شد.

Abstract: 

The aim of the present study is to investigate the amount of Time management among Islamic Azad University (IAU) managers. The population is comprised of all IAU managers among which 554 were selected using stratified random sampling. The research instrument is a researcher- made Time management questionnaire. The result of LSD test indicated that there was a significant difference between levels of Time management among managers of all 12 districts of IAU (F=2.930, P£0.05). Furthermore, the this level was higher in district 2 than in average index of those in districts 7 and 11, District 3 higher than 11, district 6 was lower than 8, and district 7 lower than 2, 3, 4, 8, 10, 11, district 8 was higher than 6, 7, 9, 11, district 9 lower than 3, 8, 12, district 10 higher than 11, district 11 higher than 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 12, and finally level of Time management of the managers in district 12 was higher than managers in districts 7, 9, 11.

Abstract: 

Background and Aim: In our Time, efficiency and effectiveness are the highest goal and the most valuable destination of all managers and relies on three items of planning, organization and Time management. Therefore, in order to increase educational productivity, students' Time management skills should be improved. Hence, this study was conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of the implementation of a codified educational program on improving Time management skills in nursing students. Methods: This was an interventional study. The research samples were 60 nursing students who were selected by convenience sampling method and randomly assigned to experimental and control groups. The measurement tool was the standard Britton and Teaser Time management questionnaire. The samples were divided into control and test groups. Then the workshop was conducted for the experimental group and eight weeks later Time management skills in nursing students were measured with the mentioned tool. The data were analyzed by SPSS-21 software using independent t-test, Chi-square and Fisher, paired t-test, nonparametric statistical test Wilcoxon and Mann-Whitney U test. Results: There was no statistically significant difference between the groups in the pre-test in terms of Time management skills but in the post-test phase there was a significant difference between the two groups (P = 0. 039). And intra-group comparisons showed that there were no statistically significant differences between the pre-test and post-test in the control group (P = 0. 339) and the test group (P = 0. 157). In Time management skill levels between the two groups according to the pre-test P = 0. 944 and P = 0. 167 after the test, there was no statistically significant difference. There were no significant differences in intra-group comparison but in the test group, the level of good increased from 8 to 14. Conclusion: In this study, the positive effect of education on students has been confirmed and shows the appropriateness of this education and the use of its techniques by students to manage Time. Due to the significant difference in the Time management skill score in the post-test stage between the two groups, a well-designed program can be effective. Therefore, it is recommended that the managers and educational officials of nursing schools use this educational program in order to improve the level of knowledge and performance of students in the field of Time management.

امروزه بدون آنکه بفهمیم، اقلام و خدماتی که مصرف می کنیم به محض خرید به خوبی کار می کنند. در حقیقت، بسیاری از جوامع صنعتی و فراصنعتی صرفاً آنچه را که موثر نیست، کنار گذاشته اند. با این حال، زمانی بود که کیفیت و اثربخشی نزد ارائه دهندگان کالا و خدمات در اولویت نبود. تمرکز شدید بر کیفیت عمدتاً پس از جنگ جهانی دوم، به ویژه در دهه 1980، در پاسخ به بازاری که کار ارزان قیمت را رد کرد و تقاضای مصرف کننده برای محصولات با دوام، افزایش یافت. در این مقاله، ما در مورد تاریخچه یکی از برجسته ترین فلسفه های مدیریت کیفیت، مدیریت کیفیت جامع (Total Quality management-TQM) بحث خواهیم کرد. ما یاد خواهیم گرفت که چگونه مدیریت کیفیت جامع می تواند به سودآوری و بهره وری بیشتر کمک کند. علاوه بر این، متخصصان صنعت درباره تفاوت های TQM با سایر فلسفه ها و روش های مدیریت کیفیت مانند شش سیگما و کایزن صحبت می کنند.

Abstract: 

Introduction: Consider importance of Time management in educational achievement, job performance and life quality, different research were conducted to indicate the per coming of Time management. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relation of conscientiousness, tenacity and preference for organization with Time management.Method: Three hundred four mohaghegh ardabili university undergraduate students (1 52 females, 148 males) were selected with cluster random sampling method. All students through descriptive- correlation research method, completed Time management questionnaire (Barling, Kelloway & Cheung), NEO Five-Factor Inventory (Costa & McCrae), Time style scale (Usunier & Valette - Florance), Time management behavior scale (Macan et al).Results: The data from causal modeling (path analysis) indicated that better Time management in direct way was accompanied with higher level of conscientiousness, tenacity (persistence), and preference for organization (Ps<0.05).Tenacity and preference for organization also affected by conscientiousness (Ps<0.05). Also conscientiousness via tenacity and preference for organization effects on Time management indirectly (Ps<0.01).Conclusions: With the change and control of conscientiousness, tenacity and prefer to organize we can improve the Time management and provided success of individuals.
